Empanadas of chicken, cheese and spinach





INGREDIENTS

Dough

250g whole wheat flour
80g of low-fat margarine

100 g shredded cooked chicken
4 cups spinach
90 g skim mozzarella cheese
1 egg yolk
 PREPARATION

 Dough
